How the booking process works
We don’t take instant card payments on this page. Instead, we treat this as a booking request so we can make sure you get the right course, duration and trainer for your needs.

1Submit your request
Tell us which course you need, your preferred date and any key details about your organisation or learners. -
2We review availability
An Altriss staff member checks trainer availability, course length (for example Anti-racism – half day, FAW – 3 days, FAW refresher – 2 days) and any travel considerations. -
3Your portal is created
Once we accept your booking, you’ll receive a link to your own portal where you can add learner names and emails, or update them later if things change. -
4Training delivered & paperwork uploaded
After the course, attendance sheets and certificates will be uploaded to your portal so you always have a clear record.
Course durations – examples
- Anti-racism awareness – half day.
- First Aid at Work (Initial) – 3 days.
- First Aid at Work (Refresher) – 2 days.
